it is so important to me that you are happy with your off nall designs' creation! because each piece is custom made for you, all sales are final. however, if you are unhappy with your piece for any reason, please reach out to me so I can help. that is what i'm here for!

 lead times at the moment are about 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order to the time it ships. I always do my best to complete your project sooner if I am able to. in an effort to reduce the lead time, I take on limited projects each month. I am a new mama to a beautiful baby boy and I run this little business of mine by myself; thank you for being patient with me as I work hard to complete your project one naptime at a time!

 

due to the delicate nature of your embroidered piece, I recommend either handwashing it or washing it inside out on a gentle cycle. lay flat to dry. *never iron directly* on the embroidered thread, this can severely damage your item.

all this being said, your embroidered piece is meant to be lived in & worn. take it to the park, a birthday party, out into the world & enjoy it!
