due to the delicate nature of your embroidered piece, I recommend either handwashing it or washing it inside out on a gentle cycle. lay flat to dry. *never iron directly* on the embroidered thread, this can severely damage your item. all this being said, your embroidered piece is meant to be lived in & worn. take it to the park, a birthday party, out into the world & enjoy it!

great question! lead times at the moment are about 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order to the time it ships. I always do my best to complete your project sooner if I am able to. in an effort to reduce the lead time, I take on limited projects each month.
